There are standard INSPECTION AND QUALITY ACCEPTANCE NORMS for each and every items and processes. All the details are well documented and have a reasonable good traceability records.

The INSPECTION PROCESS is carried out in the following stages...

STAGE: 1..: VISUAL INSPECTION..:
This is for finding out any visual defects or deformity.

STAGE: 2..: DIMENSIONAL INSPETION..:
In this stage the dimensional report is prepared. All actual measured dimensions are reported and compared to the required drawing dimensions and their tolerance zone. This carried out on the predetermined sampling plan for the final stage.

STAGE: 3: CHEMICAL, PHYSICAL TEST FOR RMT...:
Under his head the spectro analysis of the sample drawn from the mother RMT is carried out so as to ascertain it’s conformity with the required Indian and International standards. For the same sample physical tests like Tensile strength, Yield stress, Percentage elongation etc are measured for mapping the correct strength of the materials.

HARDNESS TEST FOR RMT…:
Here whenever the material is Heat treated as per the different standards, then this test is carried out since the elevated/enhanced strength will depend upon the actual hardness value achieved.

SPECIAL TESTS.. :( NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING)
Under this category special tests like Ultra sonic testing (U.T.), Radiography, Magnetic particle test etc. etc. are carried out so as to ascertain its strength and fitness.

Besides the referred basic main tests and procedures, certain specific test for the measurement of Painting thickness, plating thickness etc is also undertaken and the results are well documented.
